Tuina and reflexology in Kailua

Foot work and tuina, timed around your shift

A family studio with two licensed therapists. We open at 7am and stay until 9pm on weekdays, so a night shift can end here and a day off can start here.

Foot work

Shoes off, in your own clothes

The simplest way in, and the one most people start with.

You sit back or recline with your pants rolled to the knee, and we work along the sole, heel and toes with thumbs and knuckles, then the lower legs. It is steady, unhurried pressure that you set. Nothing is removed but your shoes and socks.

  • Seated or reclined, fully clothed

  • Pressure set by you, changed any time

  • Thirty, forty-five or sixty minutes

Ling and Wah

Two therapists, one family, three languages

We are both licensed massage therapists in Hawaii, and we speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English with anyone who prefers them. Book with the one you like, or ask who has the next opening.

Questions

Which should I book first, foot work or tuina?

Most people start with a 45 minute foot session, or an hour of tuina if their back and shoulders are what they carry. If you are unsure, call us and we will help you choose.

Do I need to undress?

No. For foot work you keep your clothes on and we roll your pants to the knee. For tuina you wear loose clothes, or lie under a sheet if you prefer.

Can I come straight from my shift?

Yes. We open at 7am on weekdays and stay open until 9pm, and a uniform is fine. Take your shoes off at the door and we will start from there.

Which languages do you speak?

Ling and Wah both speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English. Tell us which you prefer when you book, or on the day, and we will use it.

Can two of us come at the same time?

Yes. There are two tables in one room, so a couple, a parent and a grown child, or two coworkers can book the same time with one therapist each.

How do I know the price?

The booking page shows the price of the length you pick before you confirm. If you call, we tell you the number before we book it.
