Wah, Ling's husband, grew up in Guangzhou and worked in Waikiki hotels before he trained as a massage therapist. He keeps the late afternoons and evenings for people coming off a shift. He speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
The studio
Two therapists, one small room and hours set around the hospital and the hotels.
Bamboo is Ling and Wah, a room with two tables, and a schedule built for people who work on their feet or at a desk all day. Some of you come off a night shift at seven in the morning, and some come after a long afternoon; we open early and close late so that either fits.
