Foot work and tuina
Feet first, then the back and shoulders
Seventy-five or ninety minutes, in one visit and one room.
For people who carry the day in both their feet and their shoulders. We start with foot work, so you settle, then move to tuina for the back, shoulders and legs. The room has two tables, so two people can come together and each see a therapist.

Questions about this session
Which should I book first, foot work or tuina?
Most people start with a 45 minute foot session, or an hour of tuina if their back and shoulders are what they carry. If you are unsure, call us and we will help you choose.
Can two of us come at the same time?
Yes. There are two tables in one room, so a couple, a parent and a grown child, or two coworkers can book the same time with one therapist each.
Can I come straight from my shift?
Yes. We open at 7am on weekdays and stay open until 9pm, and a uniform is fine. Take your shoes off at the door and we will start from there.
Book a time that works with your shift
Choose a length on the booking page, or call and we will find one together.
