Foot reflexology
Thumb work on the sole, heel and toes
Thirty, forty-five or sixty minutes, in your own clothes.
Reflexology is steady thumb pressure along the foot. We start at the heel, work toward the toes and then the lower legs, and go back to anywhere you ask. You can sit back in the chair or lie on the table, and talk or not, as you like.
Fully clothed, pants rolled to the knee
Pressure set by you, changed any time
A short stop between shifts, or a slow hour

How a foot session goes
Settle in
Shoes and socks off at the door, then a seat or a place on the table with your feet up.
Work the feet
Thumbs and knuckles along the sole, heel and toes, at the pressure you set.
Lower legs
A few minutes along the calves to finish, and a word about how it felt.
Questions about this session
Do I need to undress?
No. For foot work you keep your clothes on and we roll your pants to the knee. For tuina you wear loose clothes, or lie under a sheet if you prefer.
What if the pressure is too much?
Say so at any time and we will go lighter. We ask how firm you like it before we start, and again when we change areas.
What is reflexology?
Reflexology is steady thumb pressure along the sole, heel and toes. It is a relaxing kind of bodywork, and we do not use it to diagnose or treat anything.
