Your first visit
Come in, take your shoes off, ask anything
Most people are a little unsure the first time. This is the visit, in order.
The room is small and quiet, with two tables, a rug and a window onto the garden. We keep the lights low and the door closed, and nobody else is in the room with you unless you came together.

What to bring, where to park and what happens, in order.
- 01
Step 1: Book a length
Choose foot work, tuina or both on the booking page, and how long. If you are not sure, a 45 minute foot session is the usual first booking. Call us if you would like to talk it through.
- 02
Step 2: What to wear
Nothing but yourself. Wear pants that roll to the knee and a top you can move in. Come straight from your shift if you need to; a uniform is fine.

Step 3: When you arrive
Park on Hamakua Drive or in the lot beside the studio. Come in five minutes early, take your shoes off at the door and have a seat. Your therapist will greet you.
- 04
Step 4: What to expect
We ask how firm you like it and what to leave alone, then begin. Say lighter or firmer whenever you like. We work with our hands and forearms, and you stay clothed or covered throughout.
Come in when it suits your shift
Choose a length on the booking page, or call and we will find a time.
